Artistic leadership

As an artistic leader, I self-produce, advocate, and administrate in different areas of the theatre.

I am the Associate Artistic Director TheaterWorksUSA. My job largely includes the oversight of artistic operations on remount tours, and direct support to the Artistic Director on all plays and musicals in development including readings, workshops, and productions. I also serve as the resident casting director and oversee education programming.

In 2017, I completed the Drama League Hangar fellowship with a focus on artistic direction at The Hangar Theatre. In addition to directing four projects, I produced and cast the second stage (Wedge) season with my directing cohort and programmed the theatre's first cabaret series. I now serve on the inaugural Directors Council of The Drama League, and helped reimagine and develop The Drama League's new FutureNow Directing Fellowship in partnership with TheaterWorksUSA.

I currently serve on the artistic advisory council of Forestburgh Playhouse's "In the Works In the Woods" theatre festival. My work on the council includes identifying and selecting four new theatrical pieces (musical, play, cabaret, and TYA) to be workshopped and presented as part of the festival each season.

I have experience with line-producing, theatre and university administration, and community outreach/engagement. Additionally, I co-founded Tunnel Theatre Company and The Industry Studio in my earlier days in New York City.

In 2016, I  line-produced a premiere reading/event of Winter Miller's new play, Spare Rib, presented at The Signature Theatre Center in partnership with NYC LGBTQ Center to mark the anniversary of Roe v. Wade.
